Travelling with phone from Canada to USA

Can a Samsung Galaxy A03 that was bought in Canada, use a USA sim card while I am traveling in the US and most especially in Kansas? I would appreciate any and all help on this subject.

Yes. I would think this would work just fine, just follow whatever registration process required for the US sim card.
