Trojan isn't being removed by MSE and isn't being detected by Malwarebytes

This hasn't happened before, every time I reboot my laptop I get a popup saying that detected threats are being removed by MSE. When I take a look at the history of all detected items, there's one called "Trojan:Win32/Qadars.A".
Now I click "Remove all", which removes it from the list, but whenever I reboot the same thing pops up.
I downloaded and installed Malwarebytes and ran a scan, but it didn't detect anything.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
I'm using Windows 7, by the way.

Antivirus, antimalware, similar thing basically. Don't really see the point in a program that is only an antimalware.

Not really, one is wrong, the other is correct.
