Trying to connect Samsung's sound bar f450 to avantree transmitter. Will this work?

No it won't. Soundbars don't have audio outputs only audio inputs.
You can however connect the transmitter to the same source you have the soundbar connected. Probably a TV. You will need to split the audio output and connect it to both. Then you can have the soundbar and whatever you pair to the transmitter producing audio at the same time.
