Trying to factory reset

Hi IM trying to factory reset my laptop, the screen doesn't work I've been using a TV as an external monitor via hdmi. I set it up to do the reset the laptop said it was going to restart and so it did now it won't connect to the TV and the screen is blank I've tried pressing the start key +p and the fn+f4 it's still not connecting to the TV what do I do? 🙁

Is it making the normal windows started up sound?

Nope no sounds 🙁

The screen is just completely white except for this black crack and turning it on it makes no sounds and occasionally the screen turns off for a couple of seconds and then it comes back to the blank white screen this is why I was using a TV as a monitor before and now it's just not recognizing it after it restarted to do the factory reset

No sounds whatsoever

pull the battery out of laptop, disconnect the power adapter from laptop. hold the power button down for 30 count. reconnect power adapter. powerup.
