Trying to install Bluetooth speaker to Bluetooth smart TV and need help

I have a Sharp Aquos LC-43UB30U .. it stated on the box and in the manual it has both WiFi and Bluetooth and I'm trying to connect my new bluetooth speaker that I just purchased ... I plugged the cords in to the audio L and R ports and still nothing, I tried to sync it through the WiFi instead of the router and it worked for all of 2 minutes... I'm stumped, I NEED HELP lol

If it's bluetooth, why are you connecting cords to it? Bluetooth is wireless. If you have it wired to the outputs on the TV, then you need to go to the TV options and change the audio from using internal speakers to using the output.
