Trying to mirror Samsung S6 to smart TV without wifi ( using data only)

I used to stream Netflix from my phone (S5) to my TV using and MHL cord, and it worked great. Now I have the S6 and it will not allow me to stream video unless it is on Wifi. Just so happens I go to areas where there is no Wifi and need to stream my video using data only. So far had some brainiacs looking at this with no answer yet. Hope some of you can help,.
