Trying to uninstall programs but can't

Hello,
I am trying to uninstall or install anything on my computer but I keep getting this message: Error: Another installation is already in progress completel that installation before proceeding with this install. I am guessing there is a fragment out there but I don't know how to fix it.

Try after restarting your computer.
If that won't helps, download & install Malwarebytes Anti-malware free edition & do a Scan! May be some trojan!
