TS Client and High Encryption

Hi All
I have a Toshiba e740 running PocketPC 2002. I am
having problems connecting to server 2000 & 2003 which have
the encryption set to High in the terminal services
configuration. I have even tried installing the MS high
encryption pack and have had no success. I can connect to
servers if they are set to Medium encryption, but not High
encryption.

Does Microsoft have an update for this?

Any help would be great,
