Solution: CLEAN UNINSTALL YOUR BROWSER-CLEAR THE REGISTRY REGARDING CHROME IN PROGRAM DATA & TEMP-INSTALL BACK AGAIN

AFTER INSTALL WHEN TOMSHARDWARE POP UP NOTIFICATION AGAIN, PRESS BLOCK
