turns on screen black

dell inspirion m5030 i can turn it on screen stays black andthen it beeps 7 times and stops then 5 weconds later it beeps again 7 times. wont do nothing else

7 beeps on a Dell is CPU failure. If it's under warranty, call Dell, otherwise you'll need to price a new CPU and put it in or take it somewhere to pay an arm and leg for someone to do it... sorry...
