Can it be used with my PC via USB or only wireless. If wireless, do I need a wi-fi card to detect it?

It does not connect to PC via USB, but appears to be able to do so via Bluetooth. You'll need to purchase a Bluetooth dongle if your PC does not support Bluetooth natively. It can also plug into an 3.5mm audio jack, although I don't know if the mic would function in that situation.
