Question Tv buzzing even without power

Hello. My LG TV started to make a buzzing noise. I unplugged it, and my XBox and went down the shops, when I came back it was still buzzing even without power. Its not from the speakers as i turned the volume down and it still happens. The tv is quite new

The issue is resolved now the noise has stopped
