tv cannot connect to laptop anymore.

My Acer laptop connected to tv via HDM2. Now it doesn't, and its not the cable.

what operating system version are you using? Possibly an update was done on the laptop that broke something. check drivers to see if there are any updates. what resolution have you set on your laptop?

I have no expertise. Using Windows 10. Will have to take it back to the store. Thanks anyway.

:-( I have had bad experience with "second screen" operation in windows 10. I had to go back to windows 8 to resolve the problem.
