I have a problem with TV loosing picture for 2-3 seconds after some devices turn on. TV is in a conference room and is used to connect to Laptops with 5m long HDMI cable. There is a water cooler and an aquarium in the room and when they turn on (either by timer or automatically) TV looses signal for 2-3 seconds and then comes back. We had an electritian switch the TV outlet to a seperate fuse and it half solved the problem. TV still blacks out but less frequent. Would getting a UPS solve the problem or could the problem be with the EM enterference with HDMI? It's a Sony TV and we use various laptops - Asus, Lenovo, Dell, Apple Mac... with basically the same problem on all of them.
