Tv speakers bad

I bought a refurbished Element TV. Got what I paid for. Speakers are bad. I've been an RV running off a hotspot from my phone to my laptop HDMI to the TV. What is my most economical choice to buy an outside speaker? When my HDMI port is already used and the link below shows what I have left.

A TV with a single HDMI input isn't likely to have HDMI-ARC. If the TV has a headphone jack then you can use that to connect small PC speakers or any self powered speaker or soundbar. If it has optical audio output you will need to use speakers or soundbar with optical input.
