tv to amplifier connection

How do i connect toshiba 42rv635d to nad c320 amplifier please?
I want to be able to play the tv through the amplifier and speakers and standard rca plugs do not work when connected to the audio outputs at the back or side panel of the tv.

On tv only optical audio out available, AFAIK see. Is there a 3.5 headphones port available?
If not, then an option would be a digital optical to analog converter.
