How to connect my SB750 soundbar to my tv brand Tcl led32b3310 model with no audio output and also a headphone?

Without any audio outputs on the TV there is no way to connect the soundbar to it without modifying the TV which would void the warranty. You can connect the soundbar directly to any external sources.
It is possible to disconnect the TV speakers and attach the wires to a speaker to line level converter.
It's not electrically complicated but doing it neatly can take some thought. Any TV repair tech should be able to do it for you.
