Tv wont install

43 Toshiba smart TV turns on but doesn't allow me to do the first time installation, every time I try to set the language to English and press OK nothing happens.
What should I do?

Maybe the remote, but I'd return the tv, since under warranty.

Unplug it from the AC outlet for 10 minutes and try it again. If that doesn't work return it. Make sure that the batteries are correctly installed in the remote if the power function doesn't work either.
