Twitch.tv and OBS settings for my PC

Hello. I want stream in twitch.tv with OBS and i need your help what settings i use this PC. I made photo what PC stats i have and what settings i use in OBS but i think i need change it.

So i want stream League of Legends with 720p. My problem is that if i streaming it than stream is good quality but i play with 50fps medium settings. If i am not streaming i got 120-150fps. So i want stream with atlest 100 fps with 720p and i think my pc is good and i need only change my settings so i hope you help me

internet is perfectly fine. However your computer specs I cannot see for some reason.

I just need to know the CPU RAM Graphics card.

A good way to accelerate your framerate is to enable hardware accelerators like quicksync or NVEC.
