Some things took getting used to. I don't know how many gun battles you have been in but wether you're playing with paintballs or live ammo, I would never lay down if someone was shooting at me. Prone options have caused more grief in the games I've played. I don't know that you could call these features but it is slightly different from other FPS's in this manner and curtails the campers...if only a little. I have had my troubles with the SAW as well but, I attribute it to some learning curve I haven't quite figured out yet. No complaints on the weapon damage side for me as you can obtain a 1-shot kill with most any gun if you can achieve the headshot, as it should be.

Personally, if I started getting shot at from far away, my FIRST reaction would be to drop to the ground. That's what you're supposed to do, especially if you don't know where the shots are coming from. Doubly so if you actually get hit.

The only problem I have with prone is when people toggle quickly between prone and standing in a fight. That's easy to fix though, just make it take a second to lay down and you can't fire in that second. What I hate a lot more than people lying down is people jumping around corners shooting (and often landing prone). This is retarded and should not be allowed. If it means no strafe jumping, no jump then immediately to prone, or no firing while jumping, I'm ok with those. Fix the problem, don't just get rid of something because its abused.
