Type spacing error

My Son y Vaio lapto p has suddenly decided to add spaces inbe twee n words for no apparent reason - as you c an s ee. And then the c ursor just runs away - any ideas please?????

try cleaning the keyboard sometimes stuff gets under the keys

i use a small brush to get it out
