I myself am 38 years old and have just hit the 23 year mark of being a nicotine addict (a heavy addiction at that.)
I've tried to knock it off more than a few times, first time was 6 months, second was 3 months and a week at a time here and there.

As it is now, trying to abstain from smoking has the extra challenge of coming home to a 'still' smoking wife who has enough nerve to ask if I can run to the store to grab her some butts.

I think I'll at least give this program a look and judge for myself.

The worst thing I can see happening is the game is shite (ie -flashing subliminal nonsense) and it's getting a rapid transport to the local reseller.
