Playstation is the best. Eiffel 65 even made a song about it intitled "my console". The PS3 is just the upgraded version. I think if Sony made a PS4 I would buy it.

i own a ps3, gettn an xbox 360 soon.. i like xbox 360 for online, ps3 for everything else !, even tho u have to pay for 360 online, its the best service n has the best features ever!!!, its worth paying n beats psn, but i love my ps3 still too coz of everything else like the first Anonymous guy wrote and has more too. therefore, i love both of em, i absolutely hate wii, its for little kids and it fails. it copied ps eyetoy and made a "Better version". even ps move kiks wiis ass, kinect is best overall of course but both ps3 and xbox has advantages over each other. the PC, i hate, i was born a true gamer, therefore i use a true gaming system, the ps3 or xbox. pc, it shouldnt be built for games and is just copying consoles making thier games cheaper n has a bit better graphics n wateva.. but if u want a really really good gaming pc that doesnt need updating every minute to play a game!!!, then they cost lots of $$$$, like thousands, n still probs pause n lag n shit like pc's do.. i hate the fact that they run soooo slow half the time even on wondows 7, for fuk sakes.. u cant even split screen, its hopeless and pointless and still, xbox live beats steam aswell with the features again.. id even like psn better.. and its so pointless and hard to play on a keyboard n mouse, and if u wanna get a controller for ur pc, u have to pay extra for that.. also on ps3 or xbox, u get to play on a tv which to me, is much better than a small cpu screen. u can hook ur pc up to a tv but have to pay even extra money for that after spending thousands on the pc its self n getting it upgraded n what not.. i do not c the point. PS3 n XBOX 360 Dominate all !

The new slim 360 rox, the old ones arent so good but still for online they are good, and also if u want blu ray for pc, u have to buy another add on.. ps3 web browser aint as good as a pc's of course, but thats coz ps3 is mainly for gaming, its a gaming system.. pc's web browser is better coz its built for things like that mainly, thats why systems r best for gaming, it was like that since bloody sega, back in wateva year idk, but i think i have made my point that consoles like xbox n ps3, r best for gaming, pc always crahses, gets viruses n stuff, n if u say wb hacking, u can hack on ps3 nearly just as good as a pc.. and if u dont like hackers, 360 has hardly any, its win 4 win, ps3 n xbox ftw, enough said

oh and 1 more thing, the new 360 doesnt get red ring of death even half as much as the older models, so thats why its rly good, n we all know pc's stuff up way more than a ps3 would overall

Oh, and Ps3 and xbox has way better exclusive games than PC, i know i said id stop talking but i keep thinking of things that consoles Pwn PC with, XD

If you ask me , the best bet is to invest a grand in a pc , then upgrade it every few years . Pc games look waay better (We all know Crysis). In the end of the day all consoles are is just a dumbed down generic PCs that are cheaper to buy than a pc of similar specs, yet they are nowhere near pc's funcionality . PC is only limited by the amount of money a person is willing to put into hardware and imagination of the soft devs. Whereas the consoles are restricted by the hardware inside them , the creators , and the game developers. When you buy xbox , ps3 or WII , thats what you get , thats all it is , 2 years later it will be the same thing , 10 years later it will be the same thing . it wont cost you anything to maintain it, but eventually it will die out and you'll be stuck playing the same games with the same functionality . PC however , once you buy it , it will be so much different after x amount of years. I bought my first pc 10 years ago , back then it was a great machine ,and due to constant updates (every 2-3 years roughly) it is still a great machine. It plays any game , it has potential that neither ps3 nor xbox nor wii will have. as far as Motion sensors go ? you have usb addons that enable touchscreens, if thats not enough , kinect has been out for 2 months and its already hacked. give it half year and that thing will be re-sold as a pc addon. Pc was the past ,is the NOW and WILL be the FUTURE . Hate it love it ,but you cant deny it . its true. and every generation of consoles is proving that by coming closer and closer to its original .[/citation
