(UK) Cyberpowersystem vs Pcspecialist

Hi, I'm hoping to buy a gaming laptop and I've managed to find excellent deals on laptops with the new Nvidia 980m on both cyberpowersystem.co.uk and pcspecialist.co.uk.

However, I have not been able to find a huge amount of information on either company, especially Cyberpower UK. Does anyone know anything about the reputability/safety/reliability of either company, and which I should purchase from?

Both would be safe, people always have issues sometime and they are usually louder on online forums than the people with good experiences remember.

I personally have only ordered a cable from PC specialist, but even that had good service. I would recommend them as they seem reliable.

pcspecialist is the better of the two, they've always had consistently high quality service.

I have heard quite a few bad things about Cyberpower, the thing is though that they're usually referring to the US brand.

I would go for PC Specialist straight away, but I can get a slightly better deal with Cyberpower. Also I have emailed both companies with a couple of queries, and Cyberpower have been the more helpful so far. The guy at PC Specialist doesn't seem to know much about his own products!

Well in that case i would go with cyberpower. Remember, the people who have issues are always louder on the internet.

Cyberpower Uk have much better customer service and production speed than pc specialist. I originally ordered from PC specialist before I knew about cyberpower. Pc specialist had my pc in testing for two weeks and the customer service was poor. Cyberpower were great and I can't fault their service and better case selection.
