[citation][nom]millerm84[/nom]"The internet doesn't self-regulate" yet IE comes with Content Adviser that checks out sites biased on the content the site provides. What's that? Oh yeah self-regulation. Here's a cheaper solution write a law forcing parents who purchase internet access to sign up for a 2 hour course on internet "safety" the parents can pay a small amount (in the US this would be like $10/family) to keep the cost in line. And bada bing parent's can't claim ignorance and will at least have the knowledge base to protect their kids.[/citation]
i've been advocating reproduction lisc.'s for over a decade. some people don't take care of thier kids and others beat the hell out of them while others can't afford them. yet you have to get a lisc. to get married. seems like the religious nut jobs can't figure out what to make legal and illegal. idk starship trooper struck a nerve with me on rights and citizenship i guess, hahahaha.
