Unable to boot from usb on Dell inspiring 15

I'm not able to boot my laptop. Dell inspiring 15 5000 series. When I insert usb ,restart it and press f12, im not able to see usb device option

make sure your usb device is not plugged into a USB 3 port , boot in bios and make sure enabled USB support on boot (usually not on by default.)
