Unable to Connect to Internet

I have a Toshiba Laptop model C55D-C5271 running Windows 10. I have not turned the unit on in about 2-3 weeks and I powered it up yesterday only to find that I could not connect to the internet.
I have connections and it shows I have internet access but it will not connect. I have connection with wireless and wired but will not go to internet. I have reinstalled drivers and gone in command line to repair winsock but no change. Any help would be appreciated.

I have connection on all of the other devices. It shows the wireless has internet access but it will not connect and I have tried several different sites.

I just turned off my third party firewall and ..... I have internet and can connect! I am using Bitdefender so why was it causing this type of problem?
