unable to connect wifi hot spots

I recently activated a Freedom Pop, wifi hot spot, to get Internet. on my phone I can get it to connect. but quickly needs to be reconnected. the wifi Hotspot itself, says, No signal, but has the wifi signal and does work to a degree. with it saying "no signal" , I don't know what that means or how to manage the box that says it's connected. but no signal? ??? help

You need to contact the carrier/service provider about this problem. The problem isn't the phone but the hotspot you got through them.
