Solved! Unable to install windows on dell machine

I have dell optiplex 380 and i want to install windows on it. I have bootable usb of windows . But when i select boot with usb nothing will happen screen will freeze but when i tried to run linux with the same usb it will work perfectly please help mee

what windows version as in 7, 8, 8.1 or 10?
