Unable to Open Sites in browsers

Hi, I am unable to open sites like www.greenmangaming.com and http/www.allkeyshop.com/. I have used different browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Opera and cleared cookies and I have done all but still I cant open it.
But when I am trying to open GreenManGaming and the other site from my phone, I can open it fine. The phone is opening it fine but not my PC.
I am on Windows 8.1 pro x64.

Can anyone help ?
