"address reservation" is also called "static DHCP", complicating web
searches for it. I turned off my router's DHCP server (this router
doesn't support address reservation) and installed the program from
http/ruttkamp.gmxhome.de/dhcpsrv/dhcpsrv.htm which does the same
thing.
