Unable to start my phone

UNABLE TO START MY PHONE. ONLY BLINKS WHEN ON CHARGE.

Try holding down the Volume Up button and then turn on the power button.If you see a menu of seven or eight entries, use the Volume button to scroll down to the "Clear caché" and press the power button to select it.
