Unable to use as card after phone formate

Hi
I was using memory card as internal memory in android 6.
I had to reset the password because of some issue. Now I am not able to use the sd card.
I tried formation it in the phone. In pc with CMD and disk manager. I tried couple.of other software as well.

You can't access the SD card if you reset a device. The card was set to work with the device when it was the way it was. Once that was changed, the card is no longer accessible.
