Solved! Unable to use Lenovo Tab 7 Essential as Wifi hotspot

I have a Lenovo Tab 7 Essential and I would like to use it as a hotspot, so I would like to share its wifi connection with other devices.
I just followed this manual: https://www.devicesfaq.com/en/share-internet/lenovo-tab-7-essential, but I don't have Tethering and portable hotspot menu option.
I checked also official guide: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht117332/ , but I couldn't check Hotspot & tethering settings , because it is not present in list.

Does it help if I say you are in command over Tethering and Hotspots and you can turn them on Settings>
