Question understanding manual

I recently purchased VIDEO Recorder because is good quality brand . I have the manual however The instructions are very complex and with technical wording that is only useful for a technician.There about 70 pages However I am not able to use the unit because of this issue. Can you suggest how can I have this manual make sense of it? thanks Panasonic DMR-S30 .

What exactly are you trying to so that you haven't already figured out? Need a little more to go on to be able to assist.

Try entering your model number into U-Tube, or their website. These days there are videos instead of manuals.
