Yes, but it keeps re-appearing on the updates, even there I've tried to uninstall

I'll second Stig's opinion. Factory reset is probably the fastest and most efficient solution. While you can try using Malwarebytes and manual tracking to see the culprit, far too many issues with that. Make sure you backup your internal files and stay safe while downloading applications.
