THE NETWORK WAS METRO PCS THEY TRIED TO UNLOCK IT HOWEVER THE IMEI NUMBERS ONLY HAVE 14 DIGITS NOT 15 SO THEY COULD NOT UNLOCK IT. WHEN I *#06# IT PULLS UP THE 14 DIGIT IMEI # AND AN UNIQUIC ID WITH NUMBERS AND LETTERS HOW CAN THIS BE SOLVED?

I donno because imei number is 15 digit.
