Unlocked AT&T Moto X 2014 Not Registering with T-Mobile

So I got an AT&T Moto X 2014 and unlock code on CL and the thing is not registering on T-Mobile. When I put my T-mo Sim into the phone it doesn't ask me for an unlock code so I'm assuming it was already entered but its not working on the network . am I missing something?
