Question Unlocked Samsung galaxy s5e tablet won't work with AT&T.

I bought and paid for a Samsung galaxy s5e tablet from Verizon and switched to AT&T. Verizon said it is unlocked. I have spent hours on the phone with AT&T and can't get it to work.
Anyone have any lock with getting theirs to work?

Was on the phone with them for over 3 hours. No luck. It was showing on their end but not able to get on the network.
