Unscrewing laptop screens?

So I am attempting to fix a Sony Vaio laptop with a busted screen. The trick is that I need to get a screw out of the tiniest space I have ever seen.

No normal sized screwdriver will come close to fitting in there. Anyone run into this ridiculous issue as well? I'd like to not have to take the whole stupid laptop apart just to get the screen out. Any help is much appreciated.

You'll need to follow the Sony Vaio instructions for removing the LCD screen.
