Unsteady flickering video

Lately, with my Galaxy S4, whenI try viewing videos on utube etc The images are mirrored, unsteady and flickering about the screen. Can anyone suggest a solution please?

Is this only on youtube? Do you have a similar issue viewing videos on other sites, or using other apps?
