Unusable HP Pavilion

Hello,

I currently own a HP Pavilion, not too sure on the actual model number. It's also been updated to Windows 10.

Now for some reason, due to the laptop being a touchscreen, whenever I power on the computer there is a constant spam of the cursor in the top left of the screen as if someone's tapping it the screen. So when I try and use the touch pad or external mouse, it creates the effect of two mice being used, causing two cursers on the screen. Due to this, I am unable to type my password in and log in to do any fixes.

I've looked on-line but found nothing. I even get into the bios and try to restore it back a few updates but this problem still persists and I cant click anything.

Can anyone help?

Edit: I have managed to log into the laptop. But now, once logged in, the screen blinks to black 8 times. It then stops for 5 seconds and restarts.

Did you have your data backup, if so system restore or factory reset to the original os.

Ah booted into system repair and resorted back to it's previous OS and it works fine. Might stay away from Windows 10 a bit longer I think until the bugs are ironed out
