No, Android updates tend to change the interface a bit. You can move all the icons around if you want though to where they used to be.

I have the same Tablet model and am also frustrated with the update. I saw the notification the other day and clicked "Install" because my impression was that it was just about better security. Then I found the appearance and some functions had changed, and I HATE the upgrade. Is it possible to "go back in time" so to speak, by restoring everything to factory settings?
