Updating Samsung Laptop's BIOS

I want to update my laptop's BIOS and i searched everywhere for a update and didn't found anything that didn't require me to get scammed, i was hoping you guys could help me out
Here's some usefull info:

Motherboard Chipset: Intel HM65 (Cougar Point) [B3]
BIOS Manufacturer: Phoenix Technologies
BIOS Date: 09/05/2011
