Upgrade graphics on laptop

Hi I'm planning to upgrade my laptops graphics card from nvidia 610m to geforce 9800 gtx for gta 5 on pc but my graphics card can't handle it my laptop is an asus one i don't know what model is it but I brought it in late 2013 and I don't know if my pc specs will help but here is it :Intel i5 2.6ghz and I have an 12 gb RAM . Well, the bad news is most laptop graphics cannot be upgraded because they are embedded on the motherboard. The second thing is you can't use desktop graphic cards in laptops.

What is the make and model of the laptop?
