Upgrade laptop screen resolution?

My laptop (Asus X550JX) came in 2 resolutions, a HD+ and Full HD. Is it possible to upgrade my HD+ screen to Full HD by replacing the screen element?

there are a few different connectors from 20-50 pins but if its the same you should be able to. screens are from 75-90 for that screen. the other thing is making sure all the mounting brackets are the same which they typically are as many diff manufacturers use these screens.
