I have a DELL 15r 5537(i7) model with 2gb amd r9 265x I WANT TO UPGRADE MY GRAPHICS CARD TO 4gb HOW TO DO IT AND WHICH ONE SHOULD I BUY????????

Almost certain that you cannot upgrade a GPU in a laptop, at all. So you might look at getting a new laptop.
