I would like to know if the cpu ram and/or storage are upgradable.. Especially I m thinking of theSamsung Evo 850 250 GB.. I know that its not the best to get a sata 3 for a sata2 motherboard but it will be usefull in the future usage to a newer pc..

Solution
Hi, You would be able upgrade your RAM. However another HDD may be a better option if you are looking for storage. But if you are looking for speed an SSD is a good idea. Unfortunately you would be hard pressed to find a CPU compatible with your laptop.

Hi! I have the exact same computer! The RAM maximum capacity is 4GB but maybe you could find better speed (DDRII (DDR2) 667MHz/ 800MHz).
Here: http://tim.id.au/laptops/noname/clevo%20m740t%20m740tu%20m760t%20m760tu.pdf
in page 14 you can see all the specification and possible upgrades.
The CPU socket is Socket P (478): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socket_P
So you can add CPU that produces maximum TDP 35W.
Yes definitely a SSD in the SATA Slot can speed your computer. There is also an empty mini-PCIexpress slot, I don't know if there can be added a SSD(?!). I remember reading somewhere that someone has succeeded..but can't find it now.
