You can't. It's not just the 'port', but also the circuitry on the motherboard.

You can get an add-on expresscard that has usb 3.0 but you physically cant change the motherboard from usb 2.0 to 3.0. The number of connections/pcb traces on the board are different and the nothbridge chip on the motherboard is completely different.

Does your laptop have an expresscard slot?
If so, you buy one...
If not, you're out of luck with that avenue.
