Upgrading CPU in Toshiba L850 1V0

Hi Guys,
I have Toshiba Satellite L850 1V0 with Intel Core i3-3120M and I was wondering what CPU would be best to upgrade to. Would you have any ideas?

The L850 model came with different CPUs, i5-3210M is one that a review shows, i7-3610QM is another. Open the system and see if the CPU is in a removable socket, if it is, you may be able to swap it. Make sure you check for a BIOS update before you try.
